A boatyard on the Oregon Coast provided a museum-like experience to view the battered hull of an old boat in dry storage. The abstract compositions of rust stains, peeling paint, and rotting hull planking comprise the “Boatyard Abstracts” series and document the years of service this vessel experienced in a watery world.
